"I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve had such consistently solid experiences with Josee Noble that it felt worth mentioning. She’s one of the few people I’ve worked with who actually takes the time to explain things without making it feel overwhelming. Anytime I’ve had a question—big or small—she’s been quick to respond and surprisingly straightforward about what I actually need versus what I don’t. There’s nothing flashy about the process, but everything gets handled when it’s supposed to, and I never feel like I’m being steered in the wrong direction. It’s just been genuinely easy working with her, and that’s not something I can say about many services these days."

"I’ve been a State Farm customer for over three years, and I’ve always trusted your company with my insurance needs. However, I recently had an encounter with an agent named Nicole, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. Her tone and attitude were disrespectful, and it made the entire experience frustrating. I’m reaching out because this is not the level of service I expect from State Farm. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed, as customers shouldn’t be spoken to in that manner. I hope steps can be taken so future interactions are handled more professionally."
