"I’ve been with them for at least 5 years. I recently bought a new car. I have been having billing issues since November. I was told that there was a “system glitch” and that’s why the billing was messed up. In all reality, I think it was user error. Now I’m being charged an additional $500 out of nowhere that is being split up which wasn’t told to me. Tabatha is extremely rude and not helpful at all. So now again, I’m paying almost double the amount for the month when I was told that my billing situation was handled. Not good business at all."

"I have been with this specific agency and office for over 15 years. They are always happy to take new business from me, when I buy a house or car, but when I call with questions regarding my bill, which constantly goes up, they are on the defense and very combative. Their "billing guru," as she likes to refer to herself, answered my call today and when I asked to speak with a specific sales associate she said they don't know about billing like her. I would hope they know rates when they are selling insurance. When I asked a question and she started to answer, I had a question about what she was saying, but she would not let me interject. She just kept talking and talking over me and continued to as I asked her to pause. I mentioned I had something to add as she was answering and she just kept talking over me, she replied, "well, you interrupted me when I was talking and was talking over me, so..." I explained we are having a conversation and you have to allow me to participate. Then I mentioned I had emailed Andy Burris over 6 months ago and he has yet to reply. She spoke on his behalf and said he probably passed that on to someone else to follow up and they failed because there's been a lot of turn over. In the conversation alone with Tabitha, the billing guru, she put down the owner, and the sales people and seems to be the only one that knows everything. She still did not help me, she upset me so much I hung up the phone. I then emailed the State Farm Agent on Tennessee street to see if I could switch agents and she got back to me immediately. She called me herself. I hope they can do a better job with my business. So far, I am impressed with their customer service. I called back to Andy Burris' office to ask the guru to transfer my account and she said she would. Never took that opportunity to calm her ego and try to keep my business. I understand why they have had so much turn over. I do like State Farm insurance, but this office is horrendous with customer service! They need to realize when rates change, people get upset and will be calling and they need listen and help instead of defend and make their clients feel like it's a battle. I'm going to give a shout out to Josee, who is the only one that has actually helped and taken the time to work with me and is also very kind. Andy is never in the office, available or ever returns calls or emails."

"Spoke to Josee Noble, she is incredibly kind and patient. I was quite rude to her upon our first call and I apologize for it.
