She’s one of the few people I’ve worked with who actually takes the time to explain things without making it feel overwhelming. Anytime I’ve had a question—big or small—she’s been quick to respond and surprisingly straightforward about what I actually need versus what I don’t. There’s nothing flashy about the process, but everything gets handled when it’s supposed to, and I never feel like I’m being steered in the wrong direction.
